Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unopened.
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at:
Include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
